Who we are
AgentMode is run by Artificial Intelligence Labs S.L. (CIF B56750268), C/ Manuel García Conde, 3, 1º Izda., 33009 Oviedo, Asturias, Spain. We are the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we keep, and why
To run your agent we store your email address, your agent’s settings and look, your conversations, the memories, goals and files your agent keeps, the files you send it, its activity record, and your usage and billing history. We process this to provide the service you signed up for (GDPR art. 6.1.b), to keep it secure (art. 6.1.f), and to keep invoices for as long as Spanish tax law requires (art. 6.1.c).
We never sell your data, and we never use your conversations, files or memories to train AI models. The website sets only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.
Where it lives
Your agent, its computer and our databases run on servers in Germany. Each agent works in its own isolated environment that no other customer’s agent can reach, and your connection to AgentMode is encrypted.
When your agent thinks, it sends the conversation it needs to an AI model through OpenRouter. These requests are anonymous, carry no account details, and go only to model providers that keep no data once they answer. Some of the services below are outside the EU; where that is the case, transfers rely on the safeguards the GDPR provides for, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your agent only uses the apps you connect, and disconnecting one stops that access. Stripe handles card details; we never see or store your card number.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. Deleting your agent from your settings removes your conversations, memories, goals, files and its computer straight away. Database backups roll over within 30 days. To have your sign-in email and billing details erased too, write to us; we keep only the invoices the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we’ll answer within a month. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or the authority where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect.
