Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Artificial Intelligence Labs S.L. (CIF B56750268), C/ Manuel García Conde, 3, 1º Izda., 33009 Oviedo, Asturias, Spain, which runs AgentMode.

AgentMode gives you a personal AI agent for $30/month. The plan includes everyday use of our standard model within a fair-use allowance, plus 200 credits each month for premium models; monthly credits reset every billing cycle and do not carry over. The 7-day free trial includes the same everyday use and 50 credits. You can buy additional credit packs at any time; purchased credits carry over. You can cancel whenever you like — your subscription runs until the end of the paid period.

Your agent acts on your instructions. You’re responsible for what you ask it to do and for reviewing important actions — that’s why approvals exist. Don’t use AgentMode for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to harm others; we can suspend accounts that do.

AI agents make mistakes. AgentMode is provided as-is, and while we work hard to keep it reliable and safe, we can’t guarantee any particular outcome. Our liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the last twelve months.

We may update these terms; if we make material changes we’ll tell you before they take effect. If you keep using AgentMode after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes go to the courts of Oviedo. If you use AgentMode as a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live and can also bring a claim in your own courts.
